Subject: Complaint to FCC about televisual home invasion

I first noticed it in 2008 when I moved back to Portland and had access to a television after a few years without such amenities. Materials I was was blogging and/or simply conversing about with friends were showing up in major network television programming. I remember thinking it was odd, and at first a little flattering, and I wondered how I might use such an effect to help culture in general. It started off small, I had been studying weather patterns and things like the Chinese rain prevention techniques during the 2008 Olympics, and then an ABC police drama used my written materials in the plot of one of their episodes. I remember in Spring 2008 I thought it was charming.

I was away from a television for a while after that and then by the end of that year is when I noticed it happening more often, privately written and spoken materials were being used in the television shows of all the major networks and cable television too, in an effect which continued in a very frustrating way throughout 2009 and 2010, a phenomenon I originally thought was some kind of prank.

The situation changed drastically in April 2010 when tv cameras watching me both inside and outside my home witnessed some unusual events, and I then wound up essentially being drafted by the Obama administration to help with a series of problems after the implications of Easter 2010 became more dire for all the people that had seen what I had been up to that month.

What we observed were musical acts of decades past synchronizing their music with my activities and emotional dynamic at home, in strange accord with the religious holiday of that year, implying some astoundingly important things about my placement in some kind of poorly understood religious pantheon. Before April was over I had then somehow actually made contact with some kind of gigantic optical solar phenomenon construed as an actual alien presence, and wound up as frustrated as much of the rest of the world when the BP Deepwater Horizon explosion started killing life in the Gulf of Mexico and began the process of BP workers going in front of Congress and blatantly lying about events on their oil platform, using my own activities of April 20th, 2010 as some kind of cover story for their behavior.

This description is all preamble for subsequent problems, the severity of which makes me decide I am long overdue in contacting various FCC officials through proper channels. I can only apologize for letting the situation continue for this long without reaching out earlier.

My relationship with the executive branch changed from what seemed like a prank to an an actual working interchange in mid-2010 because of these and other events. It was my lack of scientific education and my failure to comprehend the unusual concepts of time and mind involved in various government operations which led to a series of subsequent problems when American complicity in the nastier side effects of the so-called "Arab Spring" phenomenon were too huge to ignore.

By December 2010 I finally accepted that unusual timing technology actually existed and was being used by various governments, and it was in early 2011 that I made the acquaintance of a Canadian television production called "The X Files" in which they kindly lent their temporal technology to the investigation of numerous issues I had been wondering about since at least as far back as the Yugoslavian conflict of the 1990's. It was my understanding that a Canadian tv production aired by an American television network throughout the original Clinton administration was in fact a friendly entity, and therefore I enjoyed the opportunity to communicate freely with them, and we discussed many important issues, such as my stunning personal interactivity with unusual phenomenon such as storms and earthquakes, and also many leading news stories such as the wars in Iraq, the war in Afghanistan, the 9/11 event, the anomalous 2000 election, and many other problems.

While discussing the philosophical problems of disaster prevention and recovery in an age when time gives us distant advanced warning, for instance the problem of New Orleans in 2005 when people from decades earlier apparently knew of an impending hurricane, people from the Obama administration apparently visited that tv production and we eventually wound up finding a solution to one of the most pressing military problems of that time, namely the ending of Osama Bin Laden shortly after I had made some headway inquiring about why the 9/11 story included so much of my own personal experience in its telling.

I had a blog on Livejournal back then which I was using to keep notes in my conversations with the "X Files" people, and it was shortly after a post I made there regarding the 9/11 benefit concert in New York from 2001 that the announcement of "Operation Neptune Spear" had been made. I and many others considered that action a great success, and a triumph for those trying to use time technology to solve problems, before subsequent side effects of that operation became clear.

I had been living in abject poverty for many years by that point, and had grown upset that a multi-trillion dollar conflict had raged for nearly a decade while massive industries thrived feeding off the fighting. I was unable to afford basic supplies and wound up expressing my anger over this subject in ways that bothered my handlers at the executive level.

While I was away from home for a few days in June 2011 my home was then broken into, my room vandalized and my food supplies poisoned, in such a way that it seems I have never exactly recovered.

My cable television at home was provided by the Comcast corporation, which had not only been stealing material from my own life for their tv shows but also very audaciously running their executives for public office, such as in New York City where Democrat Anthony Weiner wound up losing his seat in Congress to an ex-TV network executive. Comcast at that point also began the process of attempting to purchase NBC, an action which required quite a bit of oversight beforehand over fears of various monopoly issues.

What I found on my television after the break-ins of June 2011 were tv personalities openly mocking my situation, trying to make my physical and psychological pain considerably worse, in content customized for me personally, leading to a situation throughout Summer 2011 where tv news media took part in a major personalized falsehood regarding the Libyan conflict which had left over 14,000 people dead when I stopped counting.

I had started to fear for my life, and every time I switched on my television there was only more reason to have this fear, as my neighborhood was then invaded by numerous tv and movie productions only too eager to help in the harassment and torture process. In particular the CBS and "Ion Television" networks seemed particularly eager to brag about the cruelty visited upon me in the vicinity of my residence at a Home Forward facility called "Williams Plaza".

Violence broke out all over the country during this period and it was then taken for granted that both local and national news affiliates would be unable to tell the truth of these matters no matter how much you paid them.

That the targeting of myself in my home by a television industry supposedly regulated by the FCC was unacceptable was more than obvious. That the FCC purposely allowed it to continue was despicable. The only excuse I can think for them is that the problem was out of their hands, and in the jurisdiction of military and spy agencies operating way over the heads of conventional civilian authorities.

That was almost five years ago.

Today it is the end of March 2016, and after a long, incredibly painful slog through the streets of Portland and yet another extended torture process in a newer Home Forward facility in Oregon, I am back in New York while fleeing the abusive situation in the Pacific Northwest.

Here I briefly have access to a telephone, and internet connection, and regrettably, a cable television signal which is far worse than it ever was back in 2010-2011. The extent of the fraud perpetrated by major news and entertainment networks now is far more severe than it ever was before numerous destabilizing events in Washington D.C., and the body count far higher.

The problem of the television programming narrating my home life is far more pervasive than it used to be, and beyond the basic fact that this are part of huge multi-billion dollar industry paid to lie about me personally, is that the fact that the content is purposely offensive, trying to inflict as much psychological damage as possible despite the risk that poses both to themselves and the public, as my role as an historical religious figure obviously supersedes the cruel and dishonest agenda of CIA television.

Finding alternative means of staying informed has been paramount as major media outlets flaunt their disturbing psy-ops, and I once again take a major chance every time turn on the television or the radio or visit the internet. It has become routine that there are casualties every single time I have to suffer abuse at the hands of these professional liars, and all I can do is watch commentators frown when there are even more shootings and even more bombs exploding in civilian areas. There has obviously been a lot of such frowning.

I have run for my life from my residence in Portland, Oregon where I was told many times by television and movie personalities that I would be killed. I have a limited time left to stay with a relative in New York and I am utterly baffled by where to go next from here.

It is my assumption that the intelligence agencies running the television programming wherever I visit are already aware that I find this problem unacceptable, when there is supposed to be a large global structure in place to take care of my worldly needs and instead there are only threats and more lies from news and entertainment outlets.

To be fair, I have many friends in "show business", and am very grateful for much of the content I have seen since 2010. There is much to feel thankful for. However it must be obvious that a clone army of millionaires flaunting the pain they inflict upon me is beyond illegal, and beyond dangerous, and must be stopped.

Whether you take my advice seriously at this point is almost beside the point. Yesterday I called a Federal Communications Commission hotline, and spoke with a few people including an Margo Davenport, who told me that I would require either a law enforcement or court ordered injunction to force the television networks to change their behavior towards me. This sounded frustrating at first, as a complex legal action would take both time and money on my part that are simply lacking while my funds are purposely and illegally withheld by federal authorities. Then it occurred to me that law enforcement has already seen this problem themselves, and is already upset about it, and has almost certainly contacted people since 2011 in order to rein in the behavior of some of the guiltier parties involved.

For instance in Autumn 2011 there was an instance where a CBS police drama purposely mocked me at home while a man with a gun was sent to shoot actual children in North Portland, resulting the in the death of people age 8-13, while local police authorities were themselves watching me in my residence. I know for a fact that the ex-Mayor of Portland was informed of what law enforcement witnessed and that he, like myself, was outraged. Therefore the Portland Police Department and municipal government there is already aware of what is wrong with the television that constantly hounds me, and hopefully that more than satisfies Ms. Davenport's requirements.

Today is the day I write to you directly, knowing that millions of connected readers are simultaneously reading this letter.

I demand, demand I say, that the precisely synchronized heckling from your television programming cease immediately.

I further require that all major studio movies and television broadcasts from mid-2010 forward pay me for both my permission and intellectual property lest they invoke the hazard that befell Christopher Nolan when he thought he could steal from my life and it only resulted in one of the countless mass shootings at his huge movie premiere in Colorado. If you know anything about my track record you would understand that even a total of around 70 gunshot victims is minuscule compared to what I am used to thanks to this problem.

There is obviously a need to go around the present day authorities or lack thereof, in this very troubling era. Therefore I am allowing a significant visitation by tv and movies of the past, especially when they are only trying to help. However, the distant past is otherwise irrelevant to the industry you have apparently been regulating since 2010 when the religion-based mass killings began, over the problem of pervasively cruel and frankly dangerous media misinformation.

I urge you to ask around about me and discover for yourselves how serious I am. There isn't a nation on Earth unaware of my existence, or a government on Earth unaware of the vast casualties my foul treatment has caused.

As of your receipt of this letter, all such casualties resulting from abuse directed at me from Comcast, Time Warner cable, or any other tv, radio, or movie outlet, will be officially your fault.

I am begging for your help in this matter before even more lives are lost.
